Assignment 3 In this module you learned about the Style and Situational approaches to leadership. In this assignment, you will provide your analysis of the two approaches and discuss the best of the two approaches to your chosen organization. Using peer reviewed academic journal articles to support your writing, complete the following in 4–5 pages:

1. Describe and analyze the Style and Situational approaches to leadership.
2. Compare and contrast the two styles and identify best use case for each of the styles.
3. Describe which approach would be most effective in your current or previous organization. Why would that approach be best?
